1) Register mail service - products are delivered within 6-12 business days. Shipping fee depends on the total order price. Shipping fee is listed at the table below.
Regular mail delivery
2) Urgent handling and shipping - Express mail service (EMS). The products are delivered within 3-5 business days. There is a possibility of detailed online tracking. The shipping fee is GBP16-25, depending on the parcel weight.
Items are shipped 1- 4 days after payment receipt. Shipping and handling fees - 0.99GBP.
Terms of Return
Subjects to return are the products that have been sent by mistake (not the products you ordered), defective products or products damaged in the process of delivery. Any case, contact us before returning or exchanging a product for getting the ID that is given to the item.
All the products (excluding ones that are indicated in the clause ***) can be returned in the term of 21 days. If a returned item is damaged by the cause of a client, or an order was got up improperly for the client's fault, than the client must pay additional expenses for delivery + 10% of the product price.
If you have got damaged product or one that does not suit your order by our fault, please, accept our excuses. Please, inform us about it in the term of 48 hours from the moment You achieved the product and attach the photo of a damaged item. Our consultant will contact You within 24 hours. Send us unsatisfying product and in our turn we will send you a new one.
If you have got a product that is damaged in the process of delivery, in this case inform us about it within 48 hours and attach a photo of the damaged item. We will make a complaint to the delivery company. Send us the damaged product. We will send you a change as soon as we get confirmation that the delivery company accepted our complaint (usually it happens within 48-72 hours).
If you need an immediate change, you should send us the product, but also making a prepayment equivalent to the cost of delivery (for the additional delivery) in one of the indicated ways of payment. We will return this sum of money as soon as we get the product you return.
Returning article is to satisfy the following requirements:
the item is not to be used
the item is to be in original package
we should get the item within 21 days since You got the package
The product can be returned only in the case of preserving the commodity look and without being used.
Attention! Products returned after 21 days or been used will be donated to our local company for homeless dogs care. We will present these products to our local company for homeless dogs care on your behalf. You will not get any compensation for this return. You will get satisfaction helping dogs that are less lucky.

Custom Duties and Taxes
We sell our products from the producer directly. The goods are shipped from our factories in USA, Israel and the Republic of Belarus. Orders outside of these countries may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such Import Fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
*EMS outside UK, Europe and US may need longer period. Please, clarify the EMS shipping period for other countries.
