Hello everyone. I received a harness a few weeks ago and, unfortunately, it didn't fit my Malamute. I contacted the company, they replied immediately. And they did an excellent job trying to solve our problem. I'm giving five stars since the product itself and the material are first-class. I could not tighten the lower belt enough. However, the company kindly supported us and it was agreed to send a suitable chest strap of the harness. In fairness, I must say that I've never complained before. The dimensions of my Malamute are different from those that we gave. I'm glad that I can give this review. Thank you so much for your help. Excellent customer service and, in fact, it's incomparable.
