We've chosen the muzzle made of wire with rubber coating by ForDogTrainers. After a little research we realized that wire muzzles are safe for biting (Jett has never bitten, but we'd like to avoid responsibility). We also like that it is open to let air and treats in (very important). We also like that it allows panting that is important for Jett for his wide pant (it helps dogs to regulate the body temperature / cooling) and he is very active. At first I worried how he'd like the new muzzle and the people's reaction that I wear a muzzle on him. Fortunately, for many successful trainings he got used to his muzzle and feels comfy in it!
